Meemy, the lady with the raised hand, is 31 years old and a member of BEN Lom. Meemy's parents passed away, leaving her the responsibility of taking care of a younger brother. Being an orphan at an early age with a brother to look after, Meemy shouldered lot of responsibility in managing the household burden and her brother’s future. Her profession is stitching clothes, school uniforms and different designs requested by customers from time to time.

Meemy wants the KIVA loan to purchase another sewing machine and set up a Tailoring House of her own. The tailoring house will enable her to generate more income, employ others and stock more rolls of cloth to sew.
