Alejandro's story

Alejandro is 60 years old. He is a hardworking man. He lives with his wife Primitiva and their children in the house he bought 16 years ago. His main income source is buying and selling animals. That is, for more than 30 yeara he has worked taking care of animals, among them sheep and cows. He takes good care of them with patience and dedication, because that is what is needed for them to mature and offer the best meat. When the animals are ready, Alejandro sells the meat in the city meat markets, where he has regular customers who always buy from him. He says that it depends a lot of the season because there are months when the prices for the animals are low and that is when he buys larger quantities to have good earnings long term. He belongs to the “Nuestro Banco” communal bank and this is his 17th loan with MFP. He has always shown himself to be a person who perservers who really wants to work and get ahead. That is why he promises to be make his payments on time.

Alejandro will invest the money he has asked for in buying sheep and if there is enough money he wll also buy a cow.
