A loan of $1,200 helped to buy feed, vitamins and more piglets.

Jimbo's story

Jimbo is 39 years old and has three school-aged children. He has been a farmer for almost ten years, planting and harvesting rice and vegetables to sell. Due to the high cost of school fees and daily needs Jimbo also raises hogs to sell.

Jimbo would like to deal in more pigs, but he hasn’t enough money. Therefore, he is applying for a 50,000 PHP loan from ASKI to buy feed, vitamins and more piglets. He feels this loan will help him to successfully improve his business.

Jimbo is a responsible father who aims to improve his family’s standard of living and educate his children. He wants them to earn degrees so that they will become professionals someday.
