Elva's story

Elva is 34 years old, married to Rubén who is 37 years old. They live in a house they bought together with their three darling children.

Elva’s activity is selling food (vegetables, preserves, cereals, etc.). She does this work in her district on the first floor of her residence with the help of her children and her husband. She enjoys the work, as she always has income thanks to her daily sales. She says that since she began getting loans through MFP, that each time she improves her business and all thanks to the lenders that support her work plans.

Now, with the obtained loan, she will buy merchandise to increase her supplies and shelves. This is her tenth loan and she feels very happy for the confidence granted, and she promises to be punctual with her payments as she has with previous loans. In her communal bank she works as an active member in unity with the other members.

With the 4,000 soles, she will stock cereals, beverages, canned goods and vegetables.
