A loan helped to buy various flavors and brands of soft drinks.

Antonia's story

Antonia is 65 years old. She is a hardworking and dynamic woman, in addition to being cheerful and sociable. She is separated from the father of her two daughters: Mia Cecilia, 24 and Auda, 22. She also has a grandson. They live together in their own home. Antonia's activity is selling soft drinks, for which she has a refirgerator in her house. She keeps her products there at the temperature the consumers like. The customers buy the drinks to drink somewhere else; they don't drink them in Antonia's house.

She has done this activity for more than 3 years. She has the help of her daughter for selling the product to her customers. She considers her business to be profitable because of the earnings it brings in. She is able to pay some of her family's expenses. She also likes the free time that she has that she uses doing other activities.

She also says that she has no losses because it is a very popular product used in every social gathering and for which there is always a demand. This is loan number 6 for the MFP institution and she is committed to making her payments on time. She is also happy with her communal bank, because she considers the members to be committed and supportive people.

With the amount she has asked for, 2500 nuevos soles, she will invest in buying merchandise, that is, different flavors and brands of soft drinks, seeking low prices by buying in bulk. This way, she hopes she can increase her profit margin.
