Bharat Prasad's story

Bharat Prasad is a 43-year-old differently-able person living with his wife, daughter (age 14 years old) and son (age 13 years old), who are in their schooling age. He is engaged in the business of selling rice. He purchases rice from farmers and sells it in the market. He earns 5,000 Indian rupees (INR) per month. He has been in this business for the past five years.

Bharat Prasad wants to purchase more stock of rice for his shop and to make his shop bigger in size for which he has requested a loan of 25,000 INR. He says that by increasing his inventory he will be able to earn more and give a better quality of life to his family. He has a dream of educating his children and saving some money for his daughter’s future.
