Peris oversees three businesses. She has a farm and a posho mill, a machine that grinds wheat and maize into flour. For the past five years she has also owned rental housing from which she gets 31,500 KES a month.
Peris has a good credit history with KADET LTD. She’s now applying for her third loan, this one for 100,000 KES with which she plans to buy a cow and more maize for milling.
Peris will use the anticipated profits from these investments to build more rental housing. Her ambition is to buy a ranch and continue building more rentals.
