Annie's story

Annie is 36 years old and lives in Kakata Town, Liberia. She is married and has five children between 9 and 21 years old, all living at home. For the past seven years she has been operating a small food center (restaurant) where she sells Liberian dishes. She has a lot of customers and makes a lot of money, which allows her to look after her children. She is requesting a loan to purchase rice oil and other spices for her business. In the future, she plans to make her shop a restaurant.
