Iluminación (Flat) Group's story

This group is made up of three people, two ladies and one gentleman. They call their group, Iluminación, and the members live in a neighborhood located in the state of Chiapas.

Mauricio is a farmer who sells livestock and has been doing this for a year and two months. He has a son who attends school during the week and helps [Mauricio] on the weekends. He will use the money from this loan to buy livestock such as cattle and calves to resell, both within and outside his area. Mauricio started this business to earn a living and provide his family with all their needs. He says that he started working in the fields when he was very young and that his parents taught him so that he could eventually become self-sufficient. Mauricio appreciates his father’s support because things are going well for his in his livestock business.

Mauricio wants to continue working so that he can buy what he needs and also use his earning to repay his loan on time.

The rest of the members are Marleni, who will use the money from this loan to buy merchandise for her grocery store; and Agdali who will use the money to buy ingredients for baking bread.
