Caloocan City, Philippines / General Store

A loan of $725 helped to pay for additional grocery items for her variety store.

Nenita's story

This is Nenita. She previously received a PHP 14,000 loan that she used to purchase more quantities and varieties of grocery items and other products needed in her business. Her earnings were a big help in her personal, household, and business expenditures.

She would like to apply for another 30,000 PHP loan to buy groceries, toiletries, beverages, and other products to add in her inventory. The more items displayed at the store, the better. More items to sell will result for better profit. Her profits from business will definitely help to sustain her family’s daily needs.

She looks forward to this financial increase with gladness and thankfulness in her heart.

Nenita dreams that her business will become bigger and she will be able to enjoy life with good health and abundance. As a CCT community partner, she faithfully attends the group’s weekly fellowship* meeting where she can draw strength and inspiration from the Word of God as she studies.

*All CCT community members are organized into fellowship groups composed of 15 to 30 community partners that meet on a weekly basis. The fellowship groups gather to study the Word of God, build social capital, and pay microfinance loans.
