A loan of $3,175 helped a member to buy hens and feed for later sale.

Santa Catalina Group's story

The Santa Catalina committee is comprised of fourteen women who make their livings in various trades. The Santa Catalina committee stands out for the unity of the group and its desire to progress by investing in improvements to their businesses. Those that still don't have businesses want to begin, through this little loan, to improve the quality of life for themselves and their families.

One of the members, Maria, makes her living selling hens. She is in charge of feeding them and providing them with the necessary care in order to be able to sell them at the best price and in the best possible condition.

The requested loan will be used to buy feed and also to construct an adequate space for the hens.
