Gpf Ndiobene Bangadji Group's story

The group "Gpf ndiobene bangadji" is a unified group made up entirely of women. Together they farm a communal field of millet in their region. The profit they earn from selling their crop allows the women to support both their own basic needs and those of their families, most notably their children.

The captain of the group (in the middle, wearing a red head kerchief) is the mother of a family of five children, two of whom attend school. She sells fruits during the rainy season and agricultural products during the dry season. The group is requesting a loan of 990,000 francs CFA to buy seeds and fertilizer.
