Georges lives miles away from (the microfinance) institution. He is 44 years old, married, and has a family.

He has been working as a professional mason for the past ten years. He works from 8 o'clock in the morning until 4 o'clock in the afternoon.

In order to meet his family's needs, he has also opened a shop, inside his home, which he has entrusted to his cousin. Georges makes an inventory every 6 months and makes 350,000 francs.

He is requesting a loan of 300,000 francs to boost his business and to buy some wooden boards which will be used for formwork. This loan will allow him to increase his income and to cover his family expenses.

Thanks to this loan, he will also be able to stop renting wood. His dream is to make enough money one day to make his business thrive, and to own his own wood to rent to other masons.
