Lizeth, es soltera y tiene un hijo que esta en etapa escolar, vive en casa de sus padres ocupando solo una habitación, la casa esta ubicada en la zona Rio Seco de la ciudad de El Alto.
Actualmente percibe ingresos ya que cuenta con una librería en un local que está en anticrético; Lizeth atiende su negocio todo el día por más de diez horas, y con lo que gana debe ayudar con los gastos en pago de servicios y alimentación de su familia ya que es la única que solventa los gastos.
El crédito lo requiere para la compra de una fotocopiadora ya que desea mejorar sus ingresos ofreciendo servicio de fotocopias a sus clientes y de esta manera conseguir más ingresos para aumentar su mercadería en la librería.
El sueño de Lizeth, es tener más ingresos y poder independizarse para tener más comodidad y mejorar su calidad de vida.

IMPRO is a small non-profit organization that has been offering micro credit to the working poor in the Bolivian cities of La Paz and El Alto since 1995. IMPRO’s goal is to fight poverty by offering loans to small business owners who cannot access credit through the regular banking system due to a lack of guarantees or collateral.

To ensure that everyone has access to credit, IMPRO maintains a low interest rate by minimizing operational costs. IMPRO’s partnership with Kiva, which began in 2007, has allowed IMPRO to expand its services while maintaining these low interest rates.
