A loan of $1,200 helped to pay his workers and to buy compost, herbicide, and concentrated animal feed.

Jose Angel's story

Jose lives with his wife and child. He grows corn and sorghum, but he also raises cattle. Jose has been in business for three years and learned his trade from his parents. He rents a plot of land where he grows his crops and keeps his cattle.

Jose is requesting a loan in order to buy supplies such as compost, herbicide, as well as concentrated feed for his cattle. He will also pay his workers. This loan will help him to improve his corn production and maintain the diet of his animals. He hopes to achieve good results. The main threat to his crops is bad weather.

Jose’s aspirations include improving his home, buying more steers, pursuing building projects, and continuing to work by growing additional crops on his land. This will help him generate more income for his family.
