Jane lives in Kampala, Uganda. She is married with seven children, four of whom go to school. She operates a restaurant from home on a retail basis. She has been in business for the last 4 years. Jane works six days in a week. She has requested a loan of 200,000 Uganda Shillings from MCDT SACCO to buy rice, beef, cooking oil, green bananas and flour. Her major business challenges are seasonality, thieves and transportation. Her goals and aspirations are to buy a plot of land .She lives in her own house and the family has no access to electricity and piped water.
