Alexander launched his business quite recently, only 2.5 years ago. He has two post-secondary degrees: one in electronics and electronic technologies from the Zaporozhye State Engineering Academy, and another in enterprise economics. Now, Alexander applies his academic knowledge to his business. His father owns an auto parts store, where Alexander has rented two rooms for his computer shop.

Alexander would like to purchase a new lot of electronics, namely notebook computers and printers, and so has turned to Kiva for a loan of 21,000 hryvnia. He plans to use his additional profits to expand the range of his merchandise and to improve his retail location - together with his father, Alexander plans to build another store for the auto parts and thus separate the two businesses.
