Floridah's story

Floridah has been in farming for twenty years, besides running a retail business in the local market. She says farming caters to a bigger portion of her family’s needs. She is married, with two children aged twelve and fourteen years.

Floridah has requested a loan of 40,000 KES from Juhudi Kilimo for a venture into poultry farming. She says she will use the income to expand her farming business and buy more acres of land. Her focus is on making her farming business a lucrative one.
