A loan of $400 helped to purchase more groceries to stock her store.

Primitiva's story

Primitiva is 24 years old and has a young four-year-old daughter to whom she devotes all her attention. They live together in the home she owns, which is made out of wood and was inherited from her parents.

She works selling groceries (rice, sugar, grains, sodas, cookies, vegetables, canned goods, etc.) at a store she set up in her home two years ago. What she likes the most about it is that it allows her to constantly care for her daughter and serve her customers at the same time. However, the problem is when she runs out of products once or twice a month. That is why she has come to MFP, in order to obtain the capital she needs to stock her store.

This is her first loan with MFP and she is committed to paying her installments on time so that she may access another loan in the future. She would also like to thank her communal bank for the support they have provided for her to work with them.

She will use the 1,000 nuevos soles from this loan to purchase more groceries to increase stock in her store.
