Lourdes Yamileth's story

Lourdes, 34, is a single mother; she has three children and lives in the town of Macuelizo, Santa Bárbara with her children and her parents. She started selling new and used merchandise 8 years ago and the business has been growing. She sells at home and also from place to place. She has regular customers in the neighborhood. She sells blouses, men’s pants, sandals, shoes, shirts, shorts and children’s clothes. She needs to buy other merchandise like caps, belts, sandals and others to increase her inventory and sales which is why she’s asking for a 10,000 Lempira loan. She hopes to earn higher profits to support her family. Her children is to see her children graduate from university and to better equip her business.
