A loan of $800 helped to buy squash and cucumbers.

Jesus Herminio's story

Jesús, 42, sells vegetables. He lives with his wife and two children; one of them is 12-years-old and the other one is 10. Both are attending school. He buys vegetables from farmers and sells them in a market at wholesale. He learned this business from his former bosses. He’s asking for a loan in order to have economic wherewithal to buy squash and cucumbers at wholesale from small farmers. This investment will help him improve his inventory and to continue working towards his family’s economic development. His hope is to strengthen the business more and to offer his children a better quality of life by means of well-managed loans.
