A loan of $2,000 helped a member to buy sewing supplies.

San Cayetano Ll Group's story

The “San Cayetano II” committee has 17 members who are all neighbors who carry out a variety of independent activities. Some sell clothes and others are street merchants. Some raise cattle, among other activities.

Pabla is a dressmaker; she makes all sorts of clothes and does everything from simple alterations to making complete outfits. Thanks to her effort and responsibility she has a regular clientele who trusts in her work. It’s because of them and also to meet her own needs that she wants to satisfy their needs and increase demand.

She wants to take out a loan to buy larger amounts of supplies like needles, fabric, zippers, etc. and also to invest in the locale where she tends to her customers.
