Rosa Isabel's story

Rosa is a member of the communal bank Santa Rosa de Lima, in the district of Coronal Portillo and section of Ucayali. She is 44 years old and is married with three children, only one of which is a dependent. Rosa has a small store in her house. She prepared a space to start her business and has been working for more than 6 years with loans from Manuela Ramos. The loan money has allowed her to buy the things she needs most. With this new loan of 3,000 Peruvian Nuevos Soles, Rosa will purchase: 1 small box of milk, 1 box of oil, 5 packs of toilet paper, 2 packs of noodles for soup, 1 pack of spaghetti, 1 box of preserved food, 2 packs of Nescafe, 1 box of tea, and 1 box of dishwashing solution. With these products her store will have a greater variety and Rosa will be able to sell more products. In a few years, Rosa hopes to have a store with a greater variety of products and better conditions. She is very grateful to Manuela Ramos for giving her the loans she requests during each cycle.
