A loan of $1,150 helped to purchase fresh vegetables and grocery items.

Peter's story

Peter is 31 years old. He is an honest, responsible, and hardworking man. He lives with his partner of many years, and together they have two small children who are 5 and 1 1/2 years old. They own their house. They succeeded in building it as a result of constant work.

Peter works selling vegetables and groceries. He rents a stall in one of the busiest markets in the city. There he offers a large variety and quantity of fresh vegetables, such as lettuce, pumpkin, onions, potatoes, and tomatoes, among others. He also sells some grocery items such as rice, sugar, pasta, and others. He has had this business for more than ten years and he works together with his partner and his sister-in-law. He likes his work because he can earn income for his family very comfortably and without neglecting his children since they always accompany his wife to the market and he is very happy working like that.

This is his third individual loan with MFP, and he is thankful to everyone who has made this loan possible and trusted in him. He is very happy with the adviser he has and hopes to continue working closely with the institution.

With this loan of 3000 soles, he will purchase a large amount of fresh vegetables and grocery items. His daily investment is between 400 and 500 for vegetables and 200 to 250 for grocery items.
