Luisa Fernanda is a young entrepreneur, who upon seeing that there were great financial difficulties in her home, decided to look for a way to generate income for her household. Currently she has a great number of customers; which allows her to have sales, through which she generates income to contribute financially to her household. This has allowed her to offer her parents the opportunity to enjoy a better quality of life.

Looking to have her business keep growing, Luisa Fernanda is seeking a loan to buy personal products and continue satisfying her customers' orders.

Her greatest dream is that this business will allow her to contribute even more; so that the financial circumstances in her home improve, and her parents can overcome the many difficulties they have. In addition, her intention is that this source of income will allow her to keep paying for her studies, and in the future progress financially.

Luisa Fernanda es una joven emprendedora que al ver que en su hogar tenían grandes dificultades económicas decidió busca una manera de generar ingresos para su hogar, pero ya que no encontraba oportunidades laborales donde emplearse y generar ingresos decidió comenzar a comercializar productos de uso personal. Fue así como con un pequeño préstamo de un amigo suyo consiguió el capital para surtir unas primeras unidades de perfumes y con las ganancias de estas ventas reinvirtió para aumentar su capital y así poco a poco fue creciendo su negocio. Actualmente cuenta con una gran cantidad de clientes que le permiten tener ventas con las que genera ingresos para contribuir económicamente en su hogar, y esto le ha permitido brindarles a sus padres la posibilidad de gozar de una mejor calidad de vida. Buscando seguir creciendo con su negocio, Luisa Fernanda busca un préstamo para comprar productos de uso personal y seguir satisfaciendo los pedidos de sus clientes.

Su mayor sueño es que este negocio le permita contribuir aún más para que en su hogar las condiciones económicas mejoren y así sus padres puedan salir de tantas dificultades que tienen. This loan is structured on Kiva as a bullet loan, which means a single payment is required at the end of the loan term. By Colombian law, Kiva's partner Interactuar is required to offer borrowers loans with a variable interest rate that fluctuates with the market rate. Because fixed monthly payments are applied first to interest and then to principal, Interactuar is unable to predict upfront what portion of each repayment would go towards the loan principal. This creates a challenge with Kiva's system, which doesn't allow for unpredictable principal payments, and can result in some Interactuar clients appearing falsely delinquent. To remedy this, the loan has an end-of-term repayment plan on Kiva, but the borrower will continue scheduled monthly repayments to Interactuar, who will then pass along the principal amount to Kiva lenders. This means that you may see repayments made on this loan throughout the repayment term, as opposed to receiving repayment in full at the end of the loan term.
