Ngaet is 59 years old and is married with three children. She lives in Takeo Province, Cambodia. For the past ten years, she has been involved in breeding pigs and she earns approximately 2 USD per day. Ngaet's husband is a construction worker who earns about 5 USD daily. All of her children are employed and earn about 8 USD each day.
Ngaet is requesting a 600 USD loan to purchase piglets to raise, breed, and resell when they gain weight. Her loan will improve her family’s livelihood. In the future, Ngaet will use her profit to expand her business and build a new house.
