Gomersenda is a 43-year-old married woman and a mother of five children from Bohol, Philippines. She has been in the fishing business for more than twenty years now. Her husband works as a fisherman.
Gomersenda is in need of additional funds for their fishing venture. She is applying for a loan worth 6000 PHP to buy new fishing net and other fishing materials for her husband. She believes that if she is provided with financial support through the loan, they will be able to enhance their catch and their sales.
Gomersenda dreams of expanding their business so that it will generate more income necessary for their daily needs and for the school expenses of her children. Moreover, she wants to experience fullness of life, together with her family.
