Sikukuu is 32 years old. She is a cheerful and very hard-working woman. She is married to 34 year old Rashid and the couple have four children. They live in a rental house that has both electricity and piped water.
Sikukuu has been selling clothing for one and a half years. The good thing about her business is that she has a large number of customers who come to visit her knowing that they will find clothes to suit their tastes. Her business success lies in the good service she provides and the fact that she sells her merchandise at reasonable prices.
This is Sikukuu's first loan from Yehu and she feels happy to know that she will once again have financial support. She will use her 20,000 KES loan to travel to the city of Mombasa to buy a wider range of clothes to sell.
