Don Gustavo, es hombre trabajador de oficio cocinero chef, que gracia a la experiencia, ha logrado mantener a sus clientes, siempre contando con el apoyo de su esposa en las venta de comida, negocio que tiene en su propia casa, y que pone las mesa en su corredor, dando un ambiente bien campestre. Sus hijos casados.
Pues para él ha sido un gran reto, ya que cuando comenzo, lo hizo con dinero propio de su liquidación, luego con ganancias y financiamiento, pudo aumentar un poco mas sus ventas, ofreciendo una mejor variedad de platillos al adquirir un crédito el cual otorgo Afodenic, y que ha venido trabajando a plazos, dando más oportunidad a su familia.
Con este nuevo préstamo invertirá en un quintal de arroz, frijoles, azúcar, bidón de aceite, producto de la coca cola, carne, pollo, pescado, verduras, frutas y un tanque de gas de 100 libras. Logrando mantenerse en equilibrio, aumentar la venta, al hacer más cantidad de comida.
