A loan of $100 helped to stock up on merchandise for resale.

Fatou Bintou's story

Mrs. FATOU BINTOU is a married woman who lives in SENEGAL. She has been working in trade for over five years, selling palm oil and local products.

As a secondary activity, she also sells cosmetic products in her neighborhood. She has three dependent children ages 1 to 8. She has already obtained and repaid five previous loans with U-IMCEC.

She is seeking a loan of 50,000 FCFA to buy palm oil and local products to strengthen her stock. Her goals are to meet customer demand and to bolster her profits to better provide for her family.

She plans to start saving, and in the long term, she also wants to acquire a large commercial space to store her merchandise.
