Juan lives in Sandino Memorial district: he is aged 37 years old, is married and has three sons aged 3, 12 and 18 years old. His wife sells cosmetics and clothes and also helps with homework. Juan has a repair workshop and 15 years of experience in the business. He began repairing filing cabinets, refrigerators and cookers. Currently he has diversified his work, buying appliances in poor repair and offering them to his clients with a profit margin greater than 100%.

With the authorised loan, he is going to buy more equipment in poor states and add value to them in order to sell them on at a better price, as he has already been doing. In the future he wants to establish a prestigious workshop which will offer security and satisfaction, with good working conditions and atmosphere.

El Sr. Juan habita en el barrio Memorial Sandino, su edad es 37 años casado y con tres hijos varones de 3,12, y 18 años de edad, su esposa vende cosmético y ropa y así ayudar al hogar. El Sr. Juan tiene un negocio de enderezado y pintura con 15 años de experiencia, el inicio reparando archivos y refrigeradoras y cocinas. Actualmente ha diversificado su trabajo comprando equipos en mal estado reparándolos y ofreciéndoselos a sus clientes con un margen de ganancia mayor al 100%.

Con el préstamo que se le otorgue va a comprar mas equipos en mal estado y proporcionarlo con un valor agregado y comercializarlo a un mayor precio ya que le ha resultado a futuro quiere un taller de prestigio que de segurita y sastifacer a sus clientes con condiciones laboral y ambiental.
