A loan of $1,125 helped to buy hogs and concentrate for feeding them.

Maria Custodia's story

Maria is married and has four children. She is trying to provide them with access to a good-quality education. Because her husband's income is not enough to sustain the household, Maria started her own business some time ago: she raises hogs. Thanks to the fact that her parents always worked in agriculture, she learned this work while working with them. Since she opened her own business, her household economy and her four children's quality of life, as well as that of her husband, have improved considerably. For this reason, she works very hard every day so that her business will get them ahead and generate more income and more opportunities for her household. Because she has some orders for hogs which she will not be able to fill with her current stock, Maria is looking for a loan which will allow her to buy hogs and the concentrate to feed them.
Her greatest dream is for her business to continue moving forward and allowing her to offer her four children access to a higher-quality education and, in the future, access to a university education.
