Juan Isidro, 58, lives in the municipality of Nueva Frontera in the department of Santa Barbara with his wife and their two children.

Juan Isidro has been a farmer for about 30 years; he cultivates coffee, corn and beans. He has a lot of experience in agriculture, and he has his own lands. He sells his produce in the local market. He is requesting a loan for 15,000 Honduran lempiras to fertilize his coffee farm and his corn and bean crops. His goal is to maintain his land in good condition so that his harvests will be better and he will get higher earnings. He wants to continue to buy land so that he can expand his coffee farm and increase his production.
