A loan of $1,850 helped a member to do repair and maintenance on his motorcycle taxi.

Grupo Empresarial Group's story

Hello from Peru! Let me introduce you to the Business Group.

Carlos is one of the members. He is 20-years-old, single, and very hard-working. He works in public transportation and with great effort was able to buy himself a motorcycle taxi. He has now been working with his own taxi for two years. Before it was very difficult because he had to rent one, which left him with lower income which wasn't sufficient to provide for his home. Now things have changes because with his own motorcycle taxi he can help his parents with the family's expenses and have a more comfortable life. Carlos will use his loan to repair his motorcycle and give it maintenance. Also, in the future he hopes to buy himself a car to offer taxi service. He is very happy to know that many people will support him with his dream and is thankful for the support of the communal group he belongs to.

Carlos appears in the photo in a turquoise shirt with no sleeves.
