A loan of $600 helped to buy clothing such as men’s and ladies’ trousers, underwear, blouses and skirts.

Pablo Alfonso's story

Pablo Alfonzo lives in the municipality of Santa Rosa del Peñón, a beautiful town that is home to gold and gypsum mining companies. He has his own business selling men’s and ladies’ clothes as a street vendor. Every day he travels to the neighbouring regions to sell his products. He also sells different types of footwear to workers from his own region. This is how he earns his daily bread. He has applied for a loan via Ceprodel and Kiva so that he can buy clothing such as men’s and ladies’ trousers, underwear, blouses, skirts etc. He is very grateful to God for having brought Ceprodel and Kiva into his life. These organisations have helped him and he is very thankful. He hopes that they will continue to exist so that he can increase his income and thus improve his family’s standard of living.
