A loan of $750 helped to buy 2 boxes of couscous, 4 boxes of canned foods, 20 pallets of canned drinks.

Adihodegbemabou Jeannette's story

A widow and mother of a 6-year-old child, who is in a local school, Adihodegbemabou Jeannette has a housekeeper who helps her in carrying out her day-to-day tasks. She has a shop where she has been selling containers of couscous, canned foods, pallets of canned drinks, and other items for a few years. She stocks up at one of the markets in Benin, and her customer base is composed essentially of those living in the neighborhood.

With the goal of bolstering her business and responding favorably to the demands of her customers, Adihodegbemabou Jeannette requested and obtained a micro-loan at Finadev with the aim of maximizing her profit and paying for her child's education. She envisions providing adequate medical care for and meeting the needs of her child.
