A loan of $700 helped to purchase supplies (napa leather, wood, elastic bands, thread, etc.) for manufacturing sofas.

Cardoso's story

He's married and has two children who attend school. He lives with his family in a house he owns and also supports his mother who lives with him.
He works as upholsterer in his own business of making and selling furniture. Withe the current loan he intends to purchase supplies (napa leather, wood, elastic bands, thread, etc.) for manufacturing sofas.
In the future he wishes to further develop his business and to open a furniture store. For that reason he pledges to repay the loan as scheduled, so he can request more loans from Hluvuku.
The challenge he faces is the lack of customers to buy his products, due to high competition.
