A loan of $500 helped to buy seeds and farm supplies.

Cesar Antonio's story

Cesar Antonio, 60, works growing and selling basic grains like corn and beans. He repeats this activity every year with help from his oldest son; he’s been doing this for many years. Once he gathers his harvest he sells part of it and the rest is for his own consumption. Cesar and his family were quite affected by the previous harvest because the storms that lashed the country caused them to lose 80% of their crops. But this is how he earns his livelihood; it’s important to stress that this is his main source of income.

Cesar is noted for being a hardworking, honest, very responsible man. Many people give him good references and trust in the product he sells because he strives for it to be of top quality. This is why he’s decided to approach INTEGRAL to request a loan to buy the main farm supplies like seeds, insecticide, manure, etc. and continue cultivating the land to harvest the main basic grains that will allow him to provide his home with daily bread. He trusts that he’ll obtain very good results and will be able to reach his dream of improving his family’s quality of life.
