A loan of $750 helped to additional livestock.

Anara's story

Anara is 33 years old, married and has three children, the youngest of whom is four years old. To provide the primary source of income for her family, she has been involved in animal husbandry for 12 years, having started this business with a sum of 3,000 som (KGS). Thanks to Anara's hard work, today her business contains a dairy cow with offspring, one work horse and ten sheep, and the sales of milk yield about 2,000 som per month. In order to further develop her business, Anara requested a loan in the amount of 35,000 som (KGS) from the "Bai-Tushum and Partners" company to buy additional livestock to send to a summer pasture. She plans to invest the earnings from the loan into a continued development of her business by building a barn.
