Bertha's story

Bertha is a member of the village bank Las Gaviotas. She is 43 years old, married and a mother of two daughters. She has been a member of FINCA Peru for two years. She has a grocery store. She says that the time that she has been a member of FINCA Peru has been a very good experience. She feels proud of what she has been able to save. Her dream for the future is to keep saving so she can give her daughter a good education. It's very important to her that her young daughter has the opportunity to become a professional. What's more, Bertha is saving little by little to be able to build a house to share with her family.
