A loan of $1,450 helped to buy agricultural supplies.

Victoria's story

Victoria is 42 years old. She is single, but in a common-law relationship. She went as far as primary school. She lives in her own house and has five dependents; her children who are in her care. The client's principal livelihood is farming, and the crops she grows are potatoes, lima beans, peas and barley. She farms her own parcels of land, which according to what she says, are an inheritance from her parents. These are located in the community of Huaylla Pujru in Tíraque municipality, 73 km from the city of Cochabamba, on the old highway to Santa Cruz. Victoria shows herself to be a hard-working and responsible person who wants to improve herself, and continue expanding her crop production. To that end, she sees the need to apply for working capital to buy agricultural supplies. This will allow her to obtain greater income from her production, and this is going to improve her family's quality of life.
