El grupo Flamingo lo conforman tres personas trabajadoras y emprendedoras una de ellas es Ana Rosa quien tiene un taller de artesanía de bambú donde realiza desde lámparas, muebles…etc. Ella ha mejorado las condiciones de su taller gracias a los créditos.
Las otras integrantes son Elias quien tiene una refresquería desde hace 25 años y Rosa se dedica a la elaboración de canastas y la venta de verduras desde hace 6 años.
