A loan of $275 helped buy 3 cases of evaporated milk, 5 cases of malt and a toaster for her cafeteria.

Eduviges's story

Eduviges is soliciting a loan of 10,600 pesos ($275) to help her buy 3 cases of evaporated milk, 5 cases of malt and a toaster for her cafeteria.
Eduviges has been running her cafeteria for more than 5 years and it’s very popular in her community for the fruit juice and chicken empanadas. Eduviges is a single mother with 4 children, who are all married. Her first granddaughter lives with her, as does a 15-year old adolescent for whom she has taken responsibility for his care and studies.
Eduviges wish is to be able to provide every day for herself and her granddaughter. Her dream is to become a supplier of empanadas to other cafeterias.
