A loan of $2,000 helped to buy fertilizer for his plantation.

Eusebio Virgilio's story

Eusebio Virgilio has been growing coffee since he was a boy alongside his brothers and father. He tells us that at first it was very difficult because he was not accustomed to working on the plantation; but as time went buy he learned all there is to know about coffee and got used to the work. When he married Porfiria, his father gave him land to begin working on his own, and together with his children he has grown his business little by little. Eusebio Virgilio's annual production is very good, and his last harvest reached 35 tons which he delivered entirely to the "Unión Regional de Huatusco" for processing and export. For this year he is requesting a loan since he needs to buy fertilizer for his plantation. He also grows coffee plants that he sells to other producers in the region to plant on their farms.

Among Eusebio Virgilio's personal goals is to renovate his house, finishing some of the details and painting it.
