A loan of $3,800 helped a member to stock up on various items (cigarettes, jewellery, biscuits, soap, sugar, etc.) for sale.

Hosana Group's story

Charlotte, age 41, is the leader of the business group Hosana. She is married with eight children. Her husband is a retailer. She and her husband support one another in the sale of various products. She displays her goods near the Bon Voyage parking lot, a strategic location where travelers constitute potential customers. She started her business at age 18 with her own funds, and later turned to the Hekima MFI for financial support.

She will use this new loan to stock up on merchandise (cigarettes, jewellery, biscuits, soap, sugar, etc.). Her family depends on this activity. The loans that she obtains allow her to pay for tuition, food, etc. without difficulty.

Charlotte wishes to thank the Hekima MFI for helping women who own small businesses to become self-sufficient.
