Medesse Agathe, aged 37, is married and the mother of three children, of whom two are enrolled in a local school. The oldest is 10 and the youngest is one year old. Medesse Agathe is caring for one other person.

She has specialized in selling 5-kilogram sacks of rice, drinks made by SOBEBRA, cosmetics and various other items for several years. She buys her merchandise in a district market and at SOBEBRA drinks depots. Wishing to grow her working capital and satisfy the needs of her customers, she has requested and received a loan from Fiandev with the goal of increasing her profit. The extra income she will make will allow her to help pay school fees for her children and furnish them with adequate medical care.
