A loan of $650 helped to purchase pitchers, containers, trays, cups, and plates.

Myriam Francisca's story

Myriam is 53 years old and has lived in Libertad since she was born. She lives with her children in her own house, which has basic utilities. Myriam has a business selling plastic products door-to-door. She began her business when she became single, because she had to find a source of income and raise her children. She travels to sell her products from 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm every day, and usually travels alone, although sometimes her children come with her if it is dangerous to carry merchandise or money. Her best-selling products include pitchers, containers, trays, cups, and plates, etc. All of her products are plastic, making them popular with families who have small children. Myriam is asking for this loan to buy more of these products, and hopes to be able to improve her quality of life in the future.
