A loan of $925 helped to buy a refrigerator.

Akou's story

Married to a plasterer, Ms. Akou is the mother of two children (4 and 7 years old), who are both in school. She is a young woman of 31. To help cover household needs along with her husband, she has been making yoghurt for two years and sells it at her home and door to door. In her absence, her spouse helps her serve the customers.

Her difficulty is the inadequate refrigerator. This is why she is requesting this initial WAGES loan to buy one. She wants to increase her sales, open a creamery later, and build a house.
