Monica Cecilia's story

Mónica is 29 years old, her main qualities are being a hardworking woman, very cheerful and with a lot of motivation for making her family prosper. She lives with her three children in the town of Ibarra. She works with her brother-in-law weaving woollen clothes such as coats, hats, and gloves. Mónica has been in this line of business for one year and she has been steadily accruing her clientele because of the excellent work she does. She now needs to increase her production in order to generate sales and income, and has thus taken out a loan with the intention of buying wool to make coats, trusting she will earn more if she produces more. Mónica dreams of buying more machines and being able to hire personnel in order to make her business grow, produce more, and earn more, ultimately improving her family's standard of living.
