Tatiana de 36 años de edad vive en el municipio de Galapa, con su dos hijos menores de edad; allí tiene un taller de reparación de electrodomésticos y venta de repuestos, en el que tiene un experiencia de hace 12 años, cuando nació como iniciativa de su anterior cónyuge, para generar ingresos familiares. Este negocio es un punto comercial donde ofrece el servicio de reparación y mantenimiento de electrodomésticos menores y vende todo tipo de repuestos para estos mismos artefactos, a la clientela que ha estructurado en el municipio de Galapa donde aun funciona. Tatiana vende diariamente, en una jornada que va desde las 8 :00 a m. hasta las 6:00 pm, y sus compras las realiza en grandes almacenes de repuestos de la ciudad de Barranquilla, a 20 minutos del municipio donde habita. En la actualidad los repuestos que mas vende son los de lavadoras, pues el mercado está colmado de negocios donde ofrecen este servicio y los propietarios de estos negocios deben frecuentemente hacer mantenimiento preventivo a las maquinas de lavar para poder ser efectivos en su servicio.
